     arbitration proceedings, acting as the client’s representative, from the
     issue of the notice or request, through to presentation of the cases at
     a hearing. Legal and technical issues are often handled by our staff
     that is qualified in both law and a construction profession.
• Provision of expert witness reports and evidence on all construction
     matters, including critical path analysis, planning, investigation of
     defective works, assessment of extensions of time and valuation of
     financial claims for both litigation and arbitration.
